Description

On a blue field, edged on the top and below a red narrow stripe, at the top between two white moon crests, and surrounding a gray oblong sphere bearing the South Carolina National Guard Distinctive Unit Insignia, a white bi-parted scroll inscribed with blue letters “SOUTH CAROLINA” at the top and “ARMY NATIONAL GUARD” at the bottom. At the base, a white tri-parted scroll inscribed with blue letters “NAPLES-FOGGIA”, “TUNISIA”, and “ROME-ARNO.”

The regalia were originally authorized on 22 June 1979. Updated to reflect current campaign participation credit on 22 July 2020.
